Shipping & Returns

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 days of your order.  Once your order is prepared for shipment, we will email you a tracking number.  If you don't get a tracking number within this time frame, first check your spam bin and then call us and we can send you another.  Order notifications are automatically sent when a tracking number is prepared. 

 

Shipments can take anywhere from 3-10 days to get to you depending on on where you are from Georgia.  It is not uncommon  for packages shipped with USPS to take upwards of 8-10 days to be delivered due Covid-19 issues.  Plants are rarely damaged .  We can only ship USPS April-September. Other carriers have heat issues during the summer.  

Delayed packages with USPS are not uncommon, and there's no one to call.  If your package remains undelivered after 15 days from the shipment date, or if it is damaged on arrival, please contact us for compensaton or replacement.  See Returns/Refunds Policy below. 

 

 

Returns/Refunds Policy

We do not offer returns on plants, health and beauty, or any consumable or perishable products.  If you have a problem with any of our products, contact us and we can work through your issues, offer a return if applicable or provide additional service.  If any return is applicable, it must be done so at the buyer's expense.  

We may offer a refund or replacement at our cost if your plant receives major damage from the shipment process or is lost in transit. Each is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.  If your order arrives and is damaged, please take photos of the damage including the box inside and out and send it to us with information about the damage so that we can process a replacement if necessary. Your understanding in the process is appreciated.
