SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are scheduled to ship within 7-14 days unless we feel that cold or hot weather can prevent safe delivery of your plants. If that occurs we will send you an email letting you know that we have delayed your shipment and when we can expect to deliver. Orders received by Friday are shipped the following week in most cases.

PLEASE READ ABOUT COVID-19 AND PACKAGE DELAYS

Plants shipped September-May usually have no problems being in the box for extended days with unexpected delays.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee shipment to arrive to you in good condition, but we can not be responsible for carrier delays that are not reported to us. You will be sent a tracking number when we ship and because you are receiving perishable products, it is extremely important that you track your package and if it is not received on time that you contact the carrier first and then let us know of the delay so we can note your account. In the case of USPS, please contact the post office that delivers your mail. The carrier can locate your package faster than we can.
