Warranty/Guarantee

We guarantee that they your plants will arrive to you healthy and in good condition and that they have passed all state health inspections at time of shipment.  If plants are damaged during shipment, you MUST notify us immediately and provide details and PHOTOS of plants and shipping box so that we may process a replacement.  If you do not notify us of shipper damage immediately and provide information including photos, we will not replace or refund your order.  

We offer no guarantee that your plants will live or grow.  Their care is up to you.  We make recommendations on the care of your plant and urge you to follow them.   We will assist you in whatever way we can to help you solve any issues you may be happening.  Many times problems can be solved if you notify us if you see anything that looks strange or unhealthy.  Once your plant has died, we can't help.  

Contact us if you have concerns about your plants.  Email is the best way with photos.  We can't diagnose problems over the phone usually, we need details and photos.
