The best way to reach us and get a response to your questions is by email. Because we have customers in all US time zones and because we are always in the nursery tending to our plants, it is not easy to connect with everyone during our business hours. We appreciate your need for a phone call, but we ask that you try to handle the matter through email which we can respond to much faster.
Please include your name, your detailed questions and a way to reach you. If you are having technical difficulties, please explain it in detail so we can better assist you. Just saying "I can't place an order" won't help us solve your problems quickly.
Also if you have plant problems, please provide as much information as possible to help us assist you with your issues. Photos will often be very helpful in diagnosing camellia problems. We can't see photos over the phone, so email is very helpful in that regard.
